That does not mean “military activity explains everything”. It means that Finistère cases need careful checking against aircraft, helicopters, drones, runway traffic, maritime lights, rescue activity and weather. The case matters because GEIPAN did not merely file a short summary. A sensible Finistère UFO history begins with the official classification, then asks what kind of evidence sits behind it.
